A. Online Golf Association (OGA) is an association of like-minded golfers from throughout the world that have a desire to play golf, enhance their golfing experience through the sharing and comparison of information Q. What is the mission of the OGA?
A. OGA members are dedicated to building relationships among individuals, groups and/or clubs throughout the world. OGA provides members with the ability to communicate and build a sense of camaraderie and fellowship as a group. OGA's hope is to share the benefits of belonging to a golf association with the benefits of online capabilities not available with traditional brick and mortar clubs and/or geographic area-defined associations. OGA wishes to bring to all golfers throughout the world the ability to associate, communicate and compete with one another, to share golf-related data and enhance their enjoyment of the game of golf. OGA and its members work together to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with members of the golf industry and to expand the game of golf throughout the world. Q. How do I get started?
A. Go to the Join button on the Home Page and give the appropriate information. You will be prompted to the Member Profile page after joining, fill out required fields. Once this has been accomplished you will receive an e-mail from us. Q. How do I set up my Private Locker?
A. Your locker will be assigned to you automatically upon verified payment of dues. The locker will be empty, but you can set it up, or customize it, by adding personal information about yourself, such as a picture, or what clubs you have in your bag. You will also see a small sampling of trackable stats on your locker page. As soon as you input scores, the 5 most recent will appear in your locker as well. Your locker is also where you'll keep track of the groups that you're a member of. Q. How do I record my scores?
A. You keep track of your score and stats categories each round. Login to your Private Locker, go to enter scores, locate the course played, and enter your hole by hole score. You will also have the option of entering up to 8 stats about each hole.

A. No, you can set up stats page to track only those categories you wish to track. You will be included in the overall comparison for those stats only.
Back to Top Q. How long before my Private Locker is assigned once I join?
A. Immediately upon successful payment of dues.
Back to Top Q. Do I have to post my picture?
A. NO, this is an optional feature. Your information can be posted in the directory without a picture.
Back to Top Q. Do I have to have my information in the member directory?
A. NO, you may choose to keep all your information from appearing in the member directory. This will prevent other members from being able contact you.
Back to Top Q. How can I add a course that is not listed in the OGA database?
A. OGA continuously updates its database of courses. However, it is probable we don't have every course loaded in our database. In the event that you do not find the course after a search, you may add the course within the course directory section of the site. After we confirm the course information is correct, we will then add the course to the entire database to be shared with all our members.
Back to Top Q. How can I change course information that may be incorrect?
A. We believe our database is as current as possible, but due to the fact that course information continues to change with the redesigning of courses and / or adding of new courses at a facility, there may be a need to modify / change information about a course. We look to our members to continue to give us updated information on changes that may occur. Should you find a course containing inaccurate information, we ask that you send us an e-mail at info@onlinegolfassociation.com with the current information to be added and / or changed.

A. Yes, OGA is for the enjoyment of anyone in the world, except where prohibited by law. Please understand that all references to dollars on the OGA website refer to United States dollars, including but not limited to, membership fees, items available on the pro shop, starter and concierge pages of the site and any and all other places where dollars are referred to on the site.

A. There is a link under the groups header which will allow you to create a group, name it, select an access level, and enter a description.
Back to Top Q. How do I invite others to join my group or league?
A. Members can search our directory by group name or keywords in your description. Once they find your group it is easy to join. The most effective way of making sure your group ends up with the members you want, is to have an accurate description.
